Self Check-In with a secure lock box. Instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to your arrive. The lockbox code will be sent 1 hour before your scheduled check-in time. Do not attempt to enter the property prior to your check-in time.

The property should not be occupied by more people than stated in the booking. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults, with an additional child under 12.
Third-party bookings are not accepted. The person who makes the reservation must be present for the entire duration of the stay.
No Parties or Events:
Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Onsite management will notify the police and me if this rule is violated, and your stay will be cancelled with no refund. This includes schoolies, end-of-school groups, or university O-week students.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property, on balconies, and in common areas. Candles, incense, and any open flames are also not allowed.
Personal Belongings:
The host is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
Key & Garage Fob Replacement:
If you lose or damage the key, there is a $80 replacement fee.
If you lose the bedroom fan remotes or TV remote there is a $100 replacement fee
No Climbing on Furniture:
For your safety, please do not climb on furniture or use it improperly.
Safety Hazards:
Be aware of steep stairs and slippery surfaces in wet areas.
Children:
The apartment is not safety vetted for children/babies, you are responsible for your own children/babies at all times. Children must be supervised at all times. Children must be supervised at all times, especially in common areas, the pool, and the BBQ area. If children are in the pool area, you must be present to supervise them. Supervision is also required on the rooftop and balcony.
Caution - Skylights on Rooftop:
Do not step, sit, or climb on skylights on the rooftop. Ensure children and guests do not play, stand, sit, or step on the skylights, as they are not designed to support weight.
Caution - Use of Pool Noodles and Boogie Boards:
For your enjoyment, we provide pool noodles and boogie boards. Use of these items is at your own risk. We strongly recommend following all safety guidelines, supervising children closely, and exercising caution at all times. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from their use, whether at the pool or the beach.
Caution - Use of Portacot and High Chair:
We provide a portacot and high chair for your convenience. Please ensure these items are used according to the manufacturer's instructions and that children are supervised at all times when in use. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from their use.

Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before your check-in date. If the balance is not received by this time, your booking may be subject to cancellation, and the deposit may be forfeited according to our cancellation policy.
